I became interested in living a healthier lifestyle about 15 years ago, when I decided to cut out all red meat due to the mad cow disease health scares portrayed within the media at that time. Since then, I've enjoyed and benefited greatly from living such a healthier lifestyle.
I recently gained a Diploma in Nutrition from the Institute of Natural Healing in October 2011 and aim to be an excellent example, offering help and support to potential clients in their achievement of optimum health and wellbeing.
As an individual living in today's society, I understand that health and well being is invaluable. I am very passionate and committed to making a real difference in people's lives through nutritional health and wellbeing.
I place great importance in sacrificing time to attend at last one health retreat per year in order to rejuvenate mind body and soul. Also, with the valuable knowledge gained through achieving my diploma and, independent research and being a participant at health retreats, it has given me added confidence in supporting and educating family and friends on the importance of maintaining a healthy body by eating for health and keeping fit.

One of my main priorities in life is looking good and feeling fit which I achieve on a daily basis by exercising and eating healthily. I enjoy exercising everyday as it gives my mind, body and soul an excellent start to overcoming any challenges the day may bring. My daily exercise routine includes power-walking, yoga, meditation and rebounding which I thoroughly enjoy.

Finally, I look forward to helping and supporting one and all in achieving their personal health goals.
